We have literally had the smoothest move of our life! I can only recommend those guys and we will definitely use them again next time we move. From the moment I requested a quote to the moving day, they have been super quick, responsive and helpful. On the day they showed up exactly as advised and did such a professional job getting all our stuff loaded- even random things like a fragile huge map I had, were transported without any difficulties or damage. It was also nice to see that they really worked as a team plus always great to support a local business, especially if they are that good!
Jack and his team are amazing. They packed up our entire flat, not a single thing was broken. Everything was labelled clearly so I knew where to find everything when unpacking. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I recommend them to everyone!
Extremely professional team all around. Jack took me through the quote and answered helpful questions (even the stupid ones) with patience. Didn't have any problem getting through on the phone or text at any time of day. Cost was fair for the massive effort the whole team put to the move and worked with positivity and a helpful attitude. Moving some 20 miles, and having to source a team with only 2 weeks notice, Wolves was one of very few companies to bother to respond. The owner Jack understood our needs, correctly assessed the team size and hours involved. They arrived on time and the job was executed perfectly with courtesy and care, finishing earlier than anticipated. After the job, I received a courtesy call from Jack asking if all had gone to plan - fabulous customer focus! On the scheduled day, Jack and his team arrived punctually with pristine, well-equipped vans. Their efficiency was remarkable – they swiftly and carefully packed our belongings, even going the extra mile to identify and address potential issues (although there were none). The unloading process was equally impressive, with most of our items already in place when I arrived at the destination. Remarkably, the entire move, including an hour's drive, was completed in just 3.25 hours. I genuinely couldn't find a single aspect that could have been improved upon, making me wholeheartedly recommend Wolves Removals to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient moving service. Second time using this company, first time was when my family was moving to a new house, and this second time is when I'm moving in with my girlfriend, and I have to say, they literally never fail! Wonderful and friendly people (jack's great), help out even with little things, literally went to TWO locations to pick stuff up before the move, and still ridiculously cheap! Definitely gonna be using them as long as I'm moving with England!!
Brilliant service! The lovely chaps who did our move were very professional, friendly, and quick. The packing service was fantastic especially as I had a few really awkward items that I need to store, like two large dolls houses. Nothing phased them and it was worth every penny! Thanks so much to Jack & Luke….great job!
The two Wolves removal that helped during my move to my new home were professional, courteous and helpful. I was quite impressed with their attitude and commitment during the entire process. Their names were Luke and Will. You guys rock. In addition, the Wolves platform to order, select and confirm the services you want is user friendly and responsive. They were able to confirm my order in less than 24hrs hours.
Jack and his team were absolutely amazing. They helped me and my partner move from Trowbridge to Hove and they did an excellent job. It wasn't easy as we had quite a lot of stuff and given the distance it was a 2 day job, but they managed flawlessly. They are very professional and friendly. I was particularly amazed at their packing service, quick and extremely efficient! We'll certainly consider them for our next move (hopefully an easier one). Highly recommended.
Brilliant service from start to finish. I moved 60 miles and Jack and his team were fantastic. They were punctual, respectful and very professional. Moving is one of the most stressful events and Wolves put me at ease from the initial contact. They stored my belongings overnight and were ready outside my new property at 12pm as arranged. I would highly recommend Wolves to anyone.
Great service from start to finish. Really good communication before the day, put me at ease throughout. Brilliant on removal day- quick but calm, respectful of my belongings, and really organised. Later in the day when it came to unpacking, even after a long day and lots of flights of stairs, they were professional and precise right to the last minute. Highly recommend!
Good experience, really helpful team as well. We were moving office equipment, and ended up having to re-arrange at the last minute. The team were very helpful, and went to great lengths to make it work for us. Very much appreciated!
Had these guys recommended to us by our agents and they came through at very short notice with a full pack and move service. From day one they were efficient, polite and FAST - our large, cluttered house was magically transported into their vans without any complaint or comment. The team were friendly and helpful. All the stress of packing was taken on by them, leaving us to fret about other things in life! On move day they couldn't do enough, often going above and beyond to make sure everything was in the right place and all of our stuff was handled with care and consideration, and they didn't leave until they were sure we were happy. Wholeheartedly recommend Wolves to take care of your house move - Jack, Ryan, Dan and Luke worked so hard. Cannot thank them enough.
I appreciated the high standard of customer service provided by Jack and his crew for our removal job to Scotland. It was a lot of work and they remained friendly and professional throughout, despite the large amount of stuff we had, and the long journey to the destination. They also got many of our things set up at the new place before we even arrived, which was super helpful and a nice touch. Would recommend!

From start to finish all interactions were helpful and professional. On the day Luke and Evan worked incredibly hard and diligently in extremely hot conditions (not to mention the two flights of stairs!!) and always with a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble and nothing was broken - we would absolutely recommend!!
We are really happy with Wolves Removals. The service they provided was very professional, efficient and friendly. We had a few minor hiccups but Jack's response to those was really quick and kind.
I am going to start this review of by saying... All staff i have come in to contact with dureing our house move have been happy, and we have been able to have a laugh with all the boys and nothing seems to much to ask. These days this is very rare. From start to finish everything has been perfect. Even when i had a mental melt down about times/keys the office staff were very quick to put my mind at rest.. Our move went smoothly nothing broken or missing.. I will 100% recommend Wolves removals, And any moves in the future i will be back in contact.
