VP Smart Removals is a professional company with years of experience in the relocation industry. Based and operating primarily in the London area, we provide professional assistance for complex office relocations, home removals and long-distance EU moves. But lifting and carrying your belonging is not the only thing we will do for you. We also specialise in packing and other services such as gardening and pest control.

VP Smart Removals were efficient, careful and polite. We booked them to pack and move a 5 bedroom house with no rear access. They were excellent. All problems were navigated calmly at each end. The office staff were also patient, putting up with regular call from me to put back the date of our pack and move service (in total by about a year!) due to various house chains falling through.
Jimmy and Eno were incredible. Efficient, friendly, gentle and extremely caring. They were wonderful and made our move so smooth. Ana was also great in terms of project management. 100% recommend.
I’ve moved a few times and my experience with VP smart was the best by a long long way. I was impressed by the quick and clear communication from the office, the friendliness of the movers and tremendous care they took with our belongings and all the surfaces on both ends. We opted for 2 days removing service of 2 bedroom fully furnished flat. The service provided was superb! Nicolay's team came in early in the morning, carefully packed all the items, including very fragile once. Nothing was damaged or broken in the process, everything was handled with great care! They even managed to disassemble and put back together our large wardrobe, which barely fit into the new flat. On the second day, we had 2 teams working for over 12 hours straight. They worked quick, communicated well and really put effort to make our move as smooth as possible. For both days, they managed to find parking spots at both addresses, even though I could not provide them with the official parking spaces. Highly recommend!
I am impressed how the VP Team Jeffery and Joseh were on time at our flat. Furthermore, the team took good care of our delicate items. Overall, the experience with the company and the team was very positive. Will definitely use the company again.

We recently moved from London to Wales and VP Smart Removals carried out the 3-day, long distance move for us. Their charges were very reasonable and their service was excellent from start to finish. We found the company very easy to work with and the whole process was straightforward. Everyone we engaged with in the company was professional and reassuring when we had worries. They treated all our belongings with respect. Gabriella answered all my questions patiently and was not phased at all when we had to keep changing the move date. "Please, keep us updated and everything will be fine." We were especially impressed that they did not expect to charge for "waiting hours" but were content to work around potential delays from the estate agents and solicitors. The team, led by Nas, who actually carried out the move, were punctual, incredibly hard-working and always cheerful, even when they were obviously tired at the end of a long day. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
These guys are just fantastic. hard working, zero grumbles, punctual, professional, on time. Couldn't ask for anything more. I've used them for my last 2 house moves and also use them for moving to and from trade shows with the company I work for. Faultless, friendly, and can't recommend them enough. Just a great group of people.
Moved house with VP last Tuesday and the whole process from start to finish was excellent! Ana was super responsive on the phone and was able to answer all of our queries, and then on the day Emil and Nikolai arrived 10 mins early and were total professionals. They totally understood the stress of moving, were very considerate with our things and our cat and were very personable. Couldn't recommend VP any more!
Did a fantastic job moving me from London to Yorkshire. They turned up on time, were friendly throughout even though they were loading the van from a second floor flat, and worked really hard to get it done quickly and carefully. Got the job done for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Cannot say enough good about every aspect of this business. When moving out, there were never any issues in terms of tackling every task from taking down and apart furniture to help with wrapping and packing. When moving in (20 day gap) everything was organised with calls confirming everything was on track and verifying that I had access to my new property. The moving in itself was very quick, despite the huge volume of boxes and furniture. From start to finish, everything went smooth, with great communication with the movers and the head office. Highly and strongly recommend!
Cannot recommend this company enough. A move from West Sussex in to London with limited parking options was made light work by the entire team. Items of furniture and my mattress were wrapped and packed perfectly to avoid any damage. Professional, friendly and quite a good laugh made my move relaxed and stress free. Moving can be very stressful - but not with this team! After being referred by a friend, I was really impressed with the team who packed and moved me - the team was incredibly professional and worked hard to ensure that my belongings are handled in the same way I would. We used VP Smart Removals to move house last year. The removal staff were friendly and helpful and did a great job on the day. Unfortunately one crate went missing and never turned up. It was an open crate with a number of expensive items visible. This was really frustrating as some of the contents were of sentimental value as well as newer expensive purchases. All the crates and boxes where valuable items weren't visible were fine.... Slightly suspicious! The move took several hours longer than expected so we signed the checklist once everything had been loaded without checking all of the crates / boxes. As a result we could not claim insurance. The customer services at VP Smart Removals couldn't help and actually took quite a defensive tone. They even accused me of defamation of character! The police were also unable to help as we did not have enough evidence. If you do these guys make sure you do a full inventory before and after the move before signing anything and keep any expensive items hidden....

Great Service. We use this company last week and we want to share great experience with VP Smart Removals. The team came on time, they are very professional and friendly gays. They take on a part all of big items and reassemble again in new place without damage. Lady on the phone (Ana) was very kind and helpful. We recommended this company and we will use them again in future.
Very happy with both removals and end of tenancy cleaning. After another agency stood me up last minute (Fantastic Services) I had to find someone at very short notice. Ana was very helpful and even responded to me outside her working hours. The cleaners were amazing, very friendly, professional and flexible. I was unlucky that a fuse blew and all the lights went out and they were kind enough to keep cleaning and left everything sparkling.

I had a fantastic experience with VP Smart Removals and they took a huge amount of stress out of the move. They were great, packed up my flat the day before the move, then cleared my property so quickly on the move day. They were also fantastic with unloading at the other end, putting beds and cupboards back up so quickly and even putting a lot of my belongings into the attic. Moving house can be a stressful time, and having a team of unknown people take all of your worldly belongings, pack them up and transport them to your new home forces you to place a lot of trust in them. Gabriella started us off by being very responsive, informative and flexible when planning the move, earning that trust. The removal teams themselves were fantastic. Really professional, incredible parking skills, so positive and energetic even when it got a bit stressful parking in our new place - honestly we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend.

VP Smart Removals were able to accommodate my move at very short notice and Nicolai and Nicolas were polite and got my furniture from A to B very efficiently. They were a credit to their company. We had a great experience with VP Smart Removals on 17 and 18th August 2021. We moved from a 5 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom bungalow. The guys came on time on both days, were very friendly, compassionate fast and professional with good sense of humour at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept assuring us that everything would be just fine and that we would make it in time and they did keep their promise. The move went very smoothly, there was a team of 6/7 and 3 vans but new people just kept coming. Nothing got broken or damaged. Well done VP Smart Removals team!!! We use VP Smart Removals for our house removals. They was great - friendly and fast team. All of the guys speaking English. They moved all staff furniture and boxes very fast.

I can recommend enough this company. They took care of our house move I was so much stressing about - didn’t have a clue all could be done so seamlessly and so quick and tidy. Got treated badly
I had a very bad experience with VP end of tenancy cleaning. I had taken their removals service and it was very good. So, I am not biased. However, their end of tenancy removals was not done properly. I am happy to share the details if anyone plans to take their service. Please contact me on cspranam@gmail.com. My tenancy agency charged me money.
That is not the dissapointing part. The part that upset me was the way I was treated by the owner of VP. He yelled at me and threatened me on the phone. Is this the way to treat a customer ? Ideally, I should have got a refund but instead all I got was bad treatment.
