Just bought a motorhome an I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough, we were looked after SOOOO well by KAT, very professional, and she made us feel so much more confident, she gave a really good tour round, showed me every single thing! Answered all my questions.. nothing was too much, she really is a credit to the place! Absoloutley over the moon and as we were leaving, she told us we can call her anytime if we have any questions ..honestly came home with massive peace of mind, this woman knows her job inside out and has so much time for her customers! Excellent Service. Constantly in contact with updates from the moment our breakdown was booked in with them. If they said they would do something ..... They Did. Repairs completed very quickly and got our motorhome back the next day....... SADLY, we got home okay, took the motorhome out for a one night stopover and it broke down on our way home with exactly same problem it went in for.
We took our motorhome for diagnostics and MOT. We received excellent customer service from Polly. She provided us with all the information required and kept us informed at all times. She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable in the knowledge that she was looking after us and our vehicle. Great service from start to finish.Definitely recommend taking your motorhome here.

Purchased a brand new van on 24 of May after using the van for 2 months last week on 21st of July my BRAND NEW VAN had started to overheat and was recovered to local dealership. No communication or support from stone acre motor group, no cover fleet, I had lost already three days of my work and probably will loose a lot more even if at the time of the sale I was secured that I will have nothing to worry about in case of the broke down I will have the cover fleet all support needed etc.. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.. still waiting for updates.

Be very careful this dealership are doing dodgy deals with a company called AB FUNDING & auto union finance i have had my van over 6 months and i still do not have my registration document which should have been with me within a few weeks. I dont know who to believe as auto union finance keeps blaming the dealership saying its there fault.

I dealt with Trevor, and in my 22 years of buying vans for my business he is by far the best I have dealt with. I have bought 4 from him within 6months. Clear communication, great valuation for part X in my vans. The first i got 6months ago not a problem so far, and three new ones so far there isn’t a problem at all. I would highly recommend.

Fiat Warranty Is Not Worth the Paper It's Written On…..The engine on our 14month old van has detonated. At first Stoneacre had no interest in having the vehicle recovered to them and they’ve since made every effort to wriggle out of our warranty claim. They’re slippery too, trying to catch you off guard, and will never commit to anything in writing.
