Woollacotts handled our move on Friday 19th in a very professional and friendly Manor. They were packed and ready to travel the 1/2 mile to our new home in Wombourne by midday but once on the drive had to sit and wait for almost 5 hours before we finally got the go ahead to collect our keys, unloading was conducted in the dark. Throughout the day Jason reassued us that everything would be OK and they wouldn't leave until everything was done. Very professional service. Thank you.
The team did a great job helping us with our move and we would highly recommend. They were polite, friendly and careful with our belongings. They also plumbed in our washing machine and reassembled a bed saving us lots of time. The pricing was very competitive as well, with no extra charge for a Saturday. Garry also moved the date for us at no extra cost when our completion was delayed. Superb service and fully recommend.
One word AMAZING. We used Stourbridge removals a week ago and from start to finish they were fantastic. The guys were so friendly and helpful and very respectful and accommodating for my disabled mum. They took our beds down and put them up again so we didn’t have the worry of that when it came to the kids bedtime. Very professional company with emailed quotes and very friendly everytime I phoned. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that’s moving house.

I can’t thank Garry, David and the team at Stourbridge Removals highly enough for helping us move. They were extremely flexible, moved us (and arranged for our belongings to go into storage for a week) at short notice and were all really helpful, friendly and professional. They made our moving day go really smoothly and I would highly recommend to anyone!

We used Stourbridge Removals for our house move in July. We used their packing service which saw staff members descend on our house and take all the pain out of packing our belongings in super quick time. What was quite an onerous task was made to be quite an event as they took all the stress out of it and were done in a few hours. A few days later and the main move saw 3 of their vans arrive and what can only be seen as an herculean effort, packed all our belongings including dismantling tables and recliners by lunchtime and everything unloaded and assembled by 5pm the same day (we were only moving a short distance). They worked so hard, I have no idea how they do the job day in, day out. Previous to all this one of the co-owners had been round and surveyed the house and what was required. Never pushy, went through all the options and we had the fully itemised quote the same day. The owners popped in on packing day and on removal day to see all was going well. Really can't recommend them enough, really took all the stress out of the move. Thank you.
Stourbridge removals helped us move a couple of weeks ago. Everyone worked so hard and were extremely friendly and professional and made us feel very well looked after during such a stressful time. Could not recommend them enough, excellent value for money also.
I had removals this week. I was very last minute due to the purchase of my property and Stourbridge Removals we’re able to accommodate me due to a cancellation. They moved me from Stourbridge to Birmingham. The team were fast and efficient. Dismantled ad assembled beds and library units and put furniture and boxes exactly where I specified. They were amenable and went above and beyond and the company are good value and of a high standard in their service.
Stourbridge Removals did an absolute amazing job, arrived on time, packed all our house in 2 hours with no issues at all. The guys were professional and friendly and worked non stop all day. Our furniture wasn't damaged at all in the move. Their customer service is also top notch! Would definitely use again and would recommend 100%.

Steve and the team provided a great service and eased the stress of our house move. All of our belongings were handled with great care and the team were all friendly and polite - nothing was too much trouble for them. When things didn't quite go to plan, there was a backup plan in place which meant that we were all unpacked and settled as quickly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stourbridge Removals to someone looking for a great value removals company.
