SJW Removals turned up exactly on time and did everything possible to efficiently move some of my furniture to my new home. One item was heavy and difficult to manoeuvre but they didn't give up. They remained professional and took great care. I would definitely use them again. Reasonably priced too! Very pleased with the service.
Didn’t want the hassle of a skip, wanted the rubbish gone. Did a Google search and Steve came up, went with him purely on reviews as I didn’t want any issues. Not disappointed, very responsive; I had the job done 24 hours after first calling him and he left the place immaculate. I would deffo recommend.

From the initial contact it was a pleasure working with Steve. The relocation from pickup to offload was efficient, fast but very capably and safely managed. The furniture was secured very well and all arrived safely from the trip to Devon. Highly recommend Steve's services.
I was moving out of my old home and there was a large amount of stuff that wasn’t coming with me. SJW Removals we’re only a few minutes away so called Steve for a quote. On the day, Steve and Lewis arrived on time and completely emptied the house of everything. I don’t know how many trips to the tip it would have taken me on my own. Absolutely brilliant service and no payment required until the rubbish had been deposited at the tip which was later that same day, Thanks Steve for making what could have been a stressful experience so straightforward.
We have used Steve repeatedly over several years. He has moved me and my friend half way around the midlands and back again. He always gives incredible service, he's always well prepared, punctual, professional and takes extra steps to look after his clients and their belongings. I have his number hard saved in my contacts now so I don't even bother looking else where and next time I move it will be Steve I call. The only time I wouldn't use Steve is if he flat out refused the job, If he's busy I'd rather wait for him. Over the years he's come out on short notice and bailed us out and taken the brunt of the moves when i/we were not able. You can't ask for better.
From the first contact for a full house move Steve was highly professional and helpful. He came and assessed how big a job it would be. He was flexible with dates and times and made good suggestions for how to manage the move. He and his team took great care of our furniture and other belongings and during the move checked where we wanted items placed (this included as changing our mind on several occasions!). I would be happy to make use of Steve's services again and would recommend him to others.
Steve and Lou were both friendly, professional, organised, careful and helpful. They did a great job, very grateful to them.

We booked SJW Removals for a house move from Birmingham to Cleobury Mortimer and couldn't have been more satisfied with the level of service and professionalism. I have used this service many times for both home and work. Entirely professional, fully insured and responsive. Steve has visited sites and risk assessed more challenging items for removal and kept everybody in the loop with great communication.
