Really positive experience. Last weekend I had to move to a second floor flat with no lift and the stairs where really narrow. To add to that it was the hottest day so far but the guys have been great and managed to get everything in piece in the flat. Thank you again for your service
10/10 service. They arrived 15minutes before the time we expected which we were very grateful for. We appreciate there hard work and dedication to move all the furniture and make a second trip back. I recently used rapid removal for a house move from London to Bristol and the service was absolutely fantastic! Not only was I provided with the most competitive price around (I received quotes from at least 10 other companies) but the move went seamlessly and quickly and Dan and Jake were super helpful and friendly when unloading and delivering our furniture. Josh was also particularly easy to deal with via call and email and my partner and I were really impressed. It is also an extra bonus that we only had to pay on delivery of items and were not subjected to any hidden penalty fees (e.g with items matching our inventory) which I know some other similar companies are guilty of. Hugely impressed and would definitely recommend/use again!

Fantastic guys - couldn’t rate them highly enough. Very hardworking but also kind and helpful. When one of my items didn’t fit into storage they even offered to hold onto it until we move out. Will be using them again.

Good to deal with and reliable
As has been said before in other reviews all of the team worked their socks off all day to move both of our houses to the new property and all through it they were polite and were also able to deal with a couple of additional requests that we had.They are a company that I had not heard of before so I may have some doubts but would have no hesitation in recommending them if asked.

Brilliant service
I had to arrange a last minute removal, Josh was really responsive and helpful. He accepted my last minute query even tough work was continued until 9pm they were supportive until end of move.

I would totally recommend Rapid Removal Group. From the outset there was great communication and professionalism from Josh. He and his team provided a great and high standard removal service for my home relocation which was over 100 miles away and nothing was too much trouble. They kept me informed throughout the day of my move and the day went smoothly. The service received was first class, outstanding and what they provided was well worth the money. Terrible experience would not recommend
Very strange that we had such a terrible experience with this company as all their other reviews are very positive which is why I booked them. The booking process was easy and Josh communicated well leading up to the move. We had them provide packing and moving services with 3 weeks of storage in between. On the first move day they changed plans that morning and were late to arrive. The staff were polite and worked hard so no complaints there. However, communication was poor and they underestimated the time the move would take and also the size of van needed so they had to go to storage and unload during the day before coming back to continue. We were unable to get accurate updates from them on the estimated completion time which made the end of the day very stressful as we had a 2 year old needed collected from childcare and the new owner of the property waiting to access. On the second day when they moved our items from storage to the new property they were also late and did not inform us of that until we called to ask. All our furniture had not been properly protected and had been damaged during the move. Almost every item we own has chips, scratches and divets. They took apart our table, sofa, wardrobes and beds for the move and when they came to reassemble them they had lost many of the pieces along the way including all the screws for the master bed, one of the sofa legs and the screws for the dining table. They attempted to come back the next day with the additional parts to finish the job but were hours late again so the person there to provide access had gone. In the end after having to take it through a solicitor they have accepted fault and credited our full invoice. As mentioned not sure how this happened after all the positive reviews, they are a young company just registered last October so may just be a lack of experience for a larger move. Needless to say I would not recommend them.
Would honestly recommend Rapid Removal!
Rapid Removal did a great job on my recent move. They responded quickly to my initial enquiry and got me booked in for the date I needed them for. Arrived 20mins early. The two guys were very friendly, professional and did a great job! Would honestly recommend!

Really great service and ingenuity shown
Really great service they came well prepared for the job. I was doing a move which involved a change of city and 2 drop off points. The team were on time, tenacious and persistent until they were able to safely get my designer table through a narrow door. Little magicians! They sent me videos and kept me informed the whole day. They made the most stressful day at ease, they are professional but friendly. They're was so much more stuff to move then expected but they were more then happy to move it and sort it out later. They were also very quick so it we were all moved within a few hrs. Would defo recommend these guys
Friendly and reliable movers
Very friendly, courteous and dedicated team of movers. The team of four fully packed up our 3-bed house in less than 3 hours and moved us the following day. We didn’t manage to get into our new house until later than expected but the team remained positive and committed until the end. Would use again and recommend to others
Not the smoothest of moves
Positives - polite, helpful, on-time, flexible with plans, worked quickly, Josh responded quickly via email. Team helped remove the front door to get furniture moved inside.
Negatives - no survey, no strategic plan loading vans, dropped items, damaged items during move (mattress was unprotected and one side totally filthy now with dirt), one upset driver as he didn't know it was an all-day job so he started to unload our possessions onto wet driveway, insurance wording not clear, large goods not covered with blankets or secured in van until we asked they are, heavy items loaded onto fragile/furnished items (greasy bikes loaded on top of mattress), Two broken cabinets because of the way they were loaded.
All in honesty, team attitude is great and prices are reasonable but they show inexperience when moving and loading items.
Great company! Professional service in a timely manner! I will be recommending them to my friends and family for sure !
