very disappointed as 3 or 4 cardboard boxes disappeared . my clothes were not put in special cardboard boxes as expected . The company decided to deal with another client ,after filling in their truck so came back to my new address quite late

Paul and his team were brilliant when they packed and moved all our stuff from Carshalton to Somerset early in January. Friendly, positive, and very kind - and very hard-working as well, off loading all our furniture on a very wet evening after a long day and drive without any issues. They just got on with the job, and it was just such a relief as otherwise moving is pretty stressful, but they seemed to understand that and did everything they could to help. Very reasonably priced too, considering just how hard they work. Thank you Paul and Co for a top-notch removals service!

Very courteous and pleasant. Our belongings were expertly carried and placed into storage. The utmost care was taken to ensure that our belongings were well-protected. Amazing packing of things into storage, which meant we did not need as much space as we thought - I would recommend consulting them on your storage needs, as they may be able to save you money. We cannot recommend Paul’s removals enough! Polite, courteous, flexible and extremely hard working team. They looked after my elderly father so well and went above and beyond at very short notice. They took care and consideration with everything.Paul and Jordan and their colleague who I didn’t catch his name sorry were absolutely fantastic. They even sent another van later in evening with garden pots and again the guys were so lovely to deal with. Best removal company in the area by far!

I had called Paul for help on a last minute assistance after getting my floor levelled. The team were super helpful in getting the heavy equipment moved in. They were professional, friendly and careful with everything. Recommend to anyone in the area that the team would provide an excellent service. These guys were amazing. So polite, respectful and hardworking. We can’t believe how quickly they worked! We used Paul's Removals in early 2021. We moved from a three-bedroom house in London to a five-bedroom house with three floors outside of London, with approximately two weeks of storage. All staff were courteous and hard working; it was a pleasure to have them around. We had a lot to move, and there were some items that needed a lot of effort to pack and lift. However, there was never a point when we were made to feel like we were a problem to completing the job on time. We chose Paul's Removals based on the positive feedback we found online, and I must say that the wonderful reviews were confirmed. I would like to thank Paul for always being available to answer calls and not hesitating to help when it was needed. Paul is a good man, and I wish his team all the best. I sincerely recommend them.

Great service, I rang and asked to be moved quite quickly, they said what about 2 pm this afternoon!!! Fantastic! The boys were helpful and polite and had the job done in no time at all!!! Highly recommended.

Extremely professional, efficient, polite, careful and helpful. We are very happy with our experience with Paul’s removals and would recommend to anyone moving house.

Organising my Grandparents move after 57years of living at their house wasn’t easy. We hadn’t been given a date until exchange which was 1 week before completion. I had contacted various companies and recommendations with no availability or we were wary after speaking to them or having them quote. Then as I panicking we wouldn’t have any removals I discovered Paul’s removals on checkatrade and they had lots of great reviews. I called Paul and he sounded very nice and had availability for our date. I did have to chase a bit for an official quote but that was because we were against the clock and in normal other circumstances it wouldn’t have been an issue but for us every hour counted. The quote was reasonable and by this point was only 3/4 days before we needed to move. I now think it was a complete blessing we hadn’t got anywhere with other companies. I received confirmation and checked in the day before. I received a call in the morning advising they would be a few minutes behind schedule which wasn’t a problem at all.I can’t recommend them enough, the 4 members of staff were absolutely fantastic. They were very careful with everything and brought some much needed humour to what was an emotional move and had been very stressful. They were extremely polite asking questions where necessary and asking where things should go. They unplumbed the dishwasher and washing machine and loaded up a fairly large 3 bed house in approximately 2.5hrs. And it was the hottest day of the year.There was then a few hours gap before we completed on my Grandparents purchase property but they called just as I was about to call them for an update. On our arrival they were ready and waiting and unloaded everything putting it in the correct places, fixing things back together etc. Again bringing some humour with them.1 small plant pot got broken, and there was some tape left on the dishwasher but those were very minor things. A folding chair was also left on the van which we only realised a few days later so I emailed to ask if they had it and within 30mins it had been delivered to the house.I would recommend Paul’s removals to anyone and everyone, and would definitely use them again. My whole family thought they were outstanding.

My poor 75 year old mum was extremely upset at the prospect of moving home.
The 2 guys who carried out her move, SCOTT and DAVID, were very polite and friendly and super efficient ...
She only moved about 5/10 minutes away and the whole move, into the van, out of the van and into her new home, was carried out within a couple of hours without any hassle at all !!
I would highly recommend Pauls Removals to anybody local. The cost was very competitive and staff were faultless.

EXCELLENT. Very polite and friendly. Expertly transported and packed our goods into storage. The utmost care was taken to ensure our possessions were well looked after. Quite amazing packing of goods into storage which meant that we actually didn't need as much space as we thought - I would recommend asking them for their opinion on your storage requirements, they could save you money. We'll definitely be using them for our next two moves!
