  • Great service. Excellent communication and they actually arrived early to collect the new mattrees I needed transporting. Arrived at the other end quickly but with a small damp patch where they may have put it down in the wet weather. The plastic wrapping should have protected it but may have been damaged and in fairness it is possible the mattress got damp b4 it was moved; I cannot be sure. Would definitely use them again though.

  • Lots of hidden charges, multiple invoices sent throughout the move and threats to stop service during move, incorrectly charged for services not provided. Forced to pay as they threatened to stop the removal mid way. Paid in good faith assuming the matter would be rectified afterwards. Have been chasing constantly for over a month to discuss with no response at all. Initial quote was for £900 ended up paying close to £2000. Would advise people to seek other companies!

    Booked these guys online which was easy. Great communication from the team/driver on the day, arrived punctually and was polite. I assisted the team to load the van as I only booked for the large furniture items and 2men. Once loaded, They departed providing me with an ETA the other end. Received a call later in the day with confirmed arrival time. On arrival at destination, assisted driver to unload items. I noted some minor damage to items of my furniture after they departed, I didnt opt for the wrapping service however, amybe my mistake. My furniture was not of any real expense but was a little irritated at the damage caused. None of the damage is visible from the front but could have been a greater issue were this not the case or the furniture was of any great value. All in all, I would use these guys again and would recommend them but I would take more care in protecting my furniture once it was on board. For the money, it was good value and far better than any other removal company out there. I really should of opted-it for the packing service

    Driver tracking was reassuring and our give was 12-1pm. Service on collection was by the book with all the heavy furniture collected and delivered to now address. Good value for money overall I'd say.

  • On the whole an efficient and reliable service. The guys were helpful and very courteous, however they were in a bit of a rush to unload the van and managed to drive away with two of my boxes still on board the van.. Ok, well I forgot them too, and no harm done as they did return them the same day.

    I managed to arrange a last minute booking to move my stuff across London. Easy to use website with chat service who assisted with any questions. Affordable price and reliable service. The van arrived on time and the tracking service was easy to follow! Would recommend!

  • It was very easy to book and the were very helpful making sure that the right van was arranged for my piano delivery. The move went very well and they were very efficient and punctual. The second move of the day was delayed by an earlier job, so they didn't finish until quite late in the day. But again, they were efficient and polite and we would definitely use them again.

    Second time we have used them to shift household stuff that is too big for the car and great service once again. On time, took good care of packing our furniture into the van, very polite staff, Couldn't have been more keen to help carry our things off at the other end even though it was 6pm and he had another 150 miles to go to get home. A need feature worth mentioning is that you are notified when they are 30 minutes away from your pick up or drop off location and you can track the van on the map on your phone. It is accurate so I was stood on the side of the road 30 seconds before the van came into sight so I could guide them in. Will happily use again.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY. Having already paid them £1100, half-way through the move they emailed me to say we had to pay £1100 more, and refused to unload my stuff until I paid the extra. Four big men threatening to take all my wife's and my possessions if we didn't pay, and I had no choice. The extra was £500 for packaging (a bunch of cardboard boxes and some bubble wrap that could be bought on Amazon for less than £100), and a three hour 'delay' which was in fact caused by them not recording the fact that I'd told them that we would not be getting the keys to our new home until later that day, so they showed up 3 hours early. On top of that, during the move they caused over £2000 damage to my furniture, including: Breaking a clock Tearing the material of a sofa Staining an armchair by leaving it outside uncovered under a dripping pipe Ruining a dresser with scratches because it wasn't packed properly Breaking a coffee table by dropping it on the concrete Other examples of their lack of skill and care: They packed a kettle full of water! When they arrived I showed them a box that must not be packed, that had the keys for the new owner - yep, they packed it, causing us massive inconvenience. They knocked over a wooden speaker on the concrete, and luckily it wasn't damaged. I raised a complaint over a month ago, and haven't had any meaningful response yet. I'll amend this review if/when I get a reply.

    The Staff that come to do the packing and moving is very professional. On time, speedy and care to details. There are ups and downs working with them, but overall experience is positive.

    This is my second time booking with NM and at this point, I don’t imagine to be going back to anyone else. Their quality and pricing are hard to match. Alex and J who were helping me on that day were super professional, efficient and an absolute pleasure to be around. Thank you again!

  • What was the lowest quote and what seemed to be a friendly team has turned into a nightmare. They have charged almost twice the amount of the original quote and the deep clean that they charged £295 has failed inspection and from the pictures I can see why .they packed my toothbrush with a used plunger that I specifically said was not to be packed anyway. Very disappointed and now they won’t answer any calls and have just not shown up to a meeting booked with them today . They also make you complete a review before they send you an invoice which is very underhanded. Unfortunately I won’t never recommend them again

    We were extorted by this company. They refused to offload our belongings on the day of our move despite completing before 4pm. They took all of our belongings to a secure lock up and failed to give us any information as to why until 19:30. They said it was too wet and access was too tight. The vans very easily fit into our new drive suitable for 5/6 cars comfortably. It was a measly excuse to get away early on a Friday and seek further payment. We completed on Friday and they said they might get back to us late on Sunday or Monday. We have a three year old and an 11 month old baby. When we told them this wasn’t good enough they charged us £1,700 to deliver our belongings on Saturday. Despite this they didn’t offer the full service we had paid for. In total we paid close to £6,000 for a very local straightforward move. This company are a disgrace. DO NOT USE.

    Was meant to move last month and have had to cancel on 3 occasions because of delays. With less than 24hours notice, the guys stepped in, surveyed and moved me without a hitch

    I wish I could give zero stars. To start with, booking this removal company was easy and they came out quick to quote. They gave me a great quote for the house move. But it wasn’t until the day of the move that all the problems started. Instead of a regular removal lorry you would expect, we had a small ford transit van turn up. We had a 2 bed house and loads of garden stuff to be moved. This was all meant to be out of the house by midday. But they had to do multiple trips and we also had to hire a van ourselves and do multiple trips in the cars too. I don’t understand how they expected to fit that all in one regular van and out by midday. Then after the nightmare of a day. We didn’t leave the house till almost 5pm! The office starts calling me demanding payment with added costs. The removal team they used were not professional at all, they were rude and they had only been doing this job for a few months. I know this because they told me. On the website it says “years of experience” but this was not true! Me and my family felt so betrayed. The company hadn’t even provided wardrobe boxes as was promised. Instead our clothes were thrown into bin bags. And none of the boxes had been labelled. So we don’t know where anything belongs. Very unprofessional. Don’t use this company. They may quote a small price but they don’t know what they’re doing.
