I called Kai to be honest by mistake, as I had booked a van but looked up the company without my glasses on and got the wrong number. However, although to didn’t use them. Kai sent me a text to see if all went ok with my booking and if there were any issues to let him know. He wasn’t pushy or anything like that but it was just nice to have someone bother to make sure it went ok and some good customer service. So I would certainly recommend them for that. Thank you
Great service and so professional and quick. We moved the whole house furnitures and loads of our personal stuff in less than 2 hours. Beside Kai was so helpful in sorting out the guys from curry to fit our new washing machine. Although it was not his job and he was not expected to do that. He had all equipment and was so quick taking the whole kitchen cupboard out and in. We were so lucky that he was there at the same time and did not need to find a maintenance person.
Very good communication throughout. House move went very smoothly with care & thought, nothing was too much trouble. Very polite & friendly. I would definitely recommend & use this company again.

Kian is an absolutely wonderful person and reliable mover. There are no hassle all through out. What I love about him is that I could feel he is a caring man to his client and adjust to the situation. No regrets using this company to move my things going to London.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kai and his services. He turned up on time and was very professional and friendly. He and his colleague worked tirelessly throughout the day it took to move us to our new home. The cost, which was the best I got, was agreed beforehand and stuck too. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommended.
We needed rather large and heavy sofas collected at short notice. They were very courteous and obliging and took the feet off the sofas to get through the door without a quibble. I’ve kept their number and would certainly use them again. Thank you.
Kai is really helpful. Very professional. Price is very decent. Even though my moving took slightly longer than we expected, he made things very smoothly for me . I would definitely book with Kai again in future if needed. ?
I cannot rate Kai and his service any higher. He moved my furniture through some tight doors and angles without a hitch. An excellent job, well done with the utmost respect for my belongings. All done on time as requested at a weekend. I highly recommend Kai and his services.
Fantastic service at very short notice. Mr Van Coventry went all the way to Newcastle-upon-Tyne to fetch a second hand digital grand piano for me. The piano was disassembled, wrapped in blankets, transported, and put back together again without a hitch. I was charged £760 for over ten hours on the road plus the time taken to take apart / load / unload / reassemble at both ends. Couldn't have been more careful. I believe there are video clips on their website!
Kai was lovely and very efficient. Made sure all our things were transported swiftly but carefully too. Definitely would recommend and use his services again!

Absolutely brilliant service. Could not have asked for more. Both guys were absolutely lovely and so friendly. The move involved collections from 2 locations, to then be moved to my new house. They took the utmost care of my items which included moving a fully glass table top. I protected my carpets and anytime the plastic sheets slipped, Kai repositioned so my carpets didn't getting damaged without me even asking. On top of this, they were by far the cheapest! I don't plan on moving anytime in the near future, but if i did, I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again. Couldn't recommend enough.
Would have rated 10/5 stars if I could! Despite packing more than what I mentioned on the call, and perhaps myself should have requesting two movers instead of one, Kai was more than happy to accommodate, single-handed managing to load all my items. He was friendly and understanding throughout, I initially wanted a removals + storage for one night service but a last minute change of plans meant that I didn’t require the storage service and Kai was again more than happy to accommodate, even offering me a huge discount. Furthermore, he even offered me a lift to my new place and saved even more money on having to take the bus / Uber! Moving homes is always a stressful time and I almost couldn’t book a removals service as most were fully booked, but thank goodness I came across Kai and Mr Van Coventry. Big shoutout and kudos to Kai and Mr Van for turning a stressful day stress-free! You would not find a better removals service in Coventry.

I had Luke for my moving and he was honestly soo helpful!! He helped carry, load, unload and organise my items all in such a fast manner. Great conversationalist aswell, would highly recommend.
They were on time and safely delivered all my goods to my new house. They were professional, efficient and courteous. They even helped me set up my kitchen; thanks to them, I could prepare a meal for my starving family ;). Highly recommended!
Very nice guy, gave me a pretty reasonable price for moving my stuff from Coventry to London. Arrived on time, did the job fast, nothing damaged, also gave me an extra hand for moving my old mattress. Very professional and great value for money. Really happy with the overall service

Perfect job, very swift, professional and helpful young men. Still completely confused how you can get a wardrobe down a staircase, around the bend, into another house and upstairs again without even touching a wall! 100% would use again

He helped me move a sofa from a friends house to ours, as we were getting rid of ours and it became available. We arranged the collection with short notice and he was able to help without issue. Nice guy, good communication. I would happily use this service again if I ever needed to.
