We had a nightmare of a house move with dates constantly being changed but Lowe's were amazing, good value with their house removals and storage units and the guys working for them were exceptional. Alan and Ryan were amazing and such hard workers. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to everyone
Atrocious removals company, quick to come and give you a quote but after that become unresponsive. Attempted to phone them 3 or 4 times to book removals date, since had an amazing experience with one of their competitors. Definitely would not recommend even contacting these guys for a quote. Sham of a company.
Can’t fault the lads that moved us mid January from St Andrews to Lancashire. Survey done same day as enquiring, turned up as and when they said and delivered our house move with professionalism and care -a lot better than the bigger companies that we have previously moved with. Price was competitive and would 100% recommend to anyone needing anything moving.

Really helpful guys- Aaron and Gary came all the way down to Reading then back to Scotland in two days. Both of them really helpful and friendly. Packed everything up very efficiently (down two flights of stairs and around some very annoying corners!!) and into the van. Kept me informed whilst on the road and delivered everything safely and soundly to my new property. Absolutely exceptional service. This is the second time I have moved house with this company and they would very much be my first choice were I ever to move again. All nice, polite lads who got stuck in and got the job done. No breakages which is amazing considering the amount of stuff I have! The pricing was very competitive in comparison to the bigger companies, and yet you don’t lose out on service. They are pragmatic in dealing with any issues, and made the process as easy and relaxed as is possible when moving house despite flash flooding in the area which made the old house an island! I would heartily recommend them to anyone, and already have!

Waste of time
Terrible service...phoned them up 1 week ago to ask if they could quote me for removals on 20th September...Spoke to a guy called Aarron...i was told "that date is not a problem as we have two vans" ...they arranged for a guy to come round today to evaluate things ..re-affirmed the date, and emailed me with a quote a few hours later .... shortly after the quote, i received another email saying there had been "an error" and that date was now fully booked ...and asked if i could move the date of entry!!!! ....really!!! ............... first time of (nearly) using them...and will definitely be the last.

They were fantastic. Went above and beyond including getting our meter readings when we forgot. We even got some large items delivered directly to them for storage until we moved in.
