Great experience throughout. I didn’t need to arrange a video call or do a video to get a quote. This saved me some time. The price was very reasonable given the quality if the service. I was supplied with the packaging material which was exactly what I needed. The movers came on time, were very professional, nice a helpful and worked very fast. The smoothest and best removal I have ever had. First they gave me an in depth consultancy to check everything would run smoothly and kept in touch right up until the move. The team were incredible, so positive, energetic and kind. I can’t rate them highly enough - they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire move. Nothing was too much trouble and they were experts with all of our difficult shop fittings. Steve even contacted me throughout the day to check how it was all going. Just amazing - don’t go anywhere else if you want a smooth move - this kind of company is extremely rare
We moved from London to Somerset on 8th/9th December. Not only good value, the team sent from London Removals were excellent from start to finish. Despite problems with a van parked in our "reserved" parking area throughout loading, meaning they had to park a little further from the house, they still got on with the job without complaining. An incredibly personable team, happy to help with whatever they could. Whilst we packed ourselves, our larger items (furniture, pictures and mirrors) were packed by the team incredibly securely ensuring no breakages. We would recommend them without any hesitation.
An excellent service. We moved three weeks before Christmas and couldn’t have been more satisfied. Good communications, very helpful and polite - with care and attention to all the details. They did exactly what they said they would do. I would certainly recommend them.

We used this company to move my 2 bed flat to a house about 6 weeks ago. The initial process was quite thorough, Steve dealt with my inventory, we went through each room over the phone describing the items to be moved. I received a quote promptly and Steve recommended 2 movers and a van for a day. He was able to suggest how many boxes/bags we’d have based on his experience which was helpful. The cost was on the higher end of the quotes I received but I went with London Removals due to their fab reviews and the process so far. On moving day the team arrived bang on time and were keen to get started. They advised they had to take photos and send them to the office. About 30 mins later I got a call from a man at the office demanding I pay more money in order to complete the job which would take longer than expected; apparently there were “a lot more items than I had stated during the inventory”. He started making claims that were either incorrect or that I had stated in my original inventory, eg: I had 20 frames (this wasn’t true) and an extra wardrobe (which I’d stated during the inventory process). He was being really forceful, saying I needed to pay £60-£80 more, bearing in mind I’d already paid £680 I refused and asked to speak to Steve. At this point he started back tracking and said I didn’t need to pay and couldn’t speak to Steve. It made an already very stressful day even worse, and seemed reminiscent of a scam. The movers themselves were super professional, they worked really hard, they were quick but also very careful. They finished the job by 2pm, so despite there being “loads of extra items!” we didn’t need the full day that I’d paid for. I’d recommend the company, but definitely suggest you email a copy of your inventory to ensure you don’t get the same shake down for additional money on moving day that we experienced.

Extremely happy with the service, the team worked like machines packing my whole flat and completing the move in just a few hours. They were incredibly helpful and showed a high level of professionalism, taking great care of all of my possessions. Steve was really helpful before the move with sorting out the logistics of parking etc. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I had a great experience using these guys for my move from london to wales. The movers were absolutely brilliant, they were friendly, funny and most importantly efficient and careful. They had a brilliant can-do attitude and they went the extra mile to ensure fragile items were properly protected. Fantastic company, we've had some bad experiences with moving companies in the past so we were braced for the worst, but the whole process was quick, efficient and stress free. Everyone I interacted with gave me the impression they were genuinely concerned with looking after us and giving the very best service they could. The people who did the actual move were incredibly polite and friendly and were very good at what they did. We even had a disaster when our sofa wouldn't fit up the stairs, and when we asked if we could use their storage service until we figured out what to do with it, despite it being a Saturday, the people at the office got it all sorted for us and they took it away with them there and then. Will definitely be using again.
First class removal company! Used them for a large 2 bed apartment removal, including 3 month storage and then move to new place. The teams were excellent, very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They removed all of the stress and ensured everything was pack safely and without any damage. Google reviews do not have enough stars to rate this removals experience! 100% perfect service. They packed up the whole flat in under three hours, with every item carefully packaged and boxed, and not a single thing has broken in transit. The team of 3 were unfailingly friendly and professional, and meant that there was literally no stress through the whole day. Extremely good value for money too, and it was very reassuring that insurance was included (other companies had it as an optional extra). Couldn't be happier, and won't be using anyone else in future!
Absolute pleasure to deal with this company. At 50yrs old, this is the first time I'd used a company for a house move. This time, it was for my 78yr old mum, who we were relocating after 43yrs in her home, to live with me. There was months of stress and pressure with selling the family home, finding a suitable place to relocate to. One thing that was a breath of fresh air was the professionalism of London Removals. From the original enquiry, to regular catch up emails to see if their services would be needed, an extremely detailed video chat survey with Oleg, and then a price that wiped the floor with the other company who had quoted. On the day, the team were incredibly professional - the whole house was sheeted to protect the carpets, everything was carefully packed - clearly obvious as you heard members of the team advising one of the newer lads on how to correctly wrap and package items, to the unload at the end. I can not recommend them enough, would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks from Chris and his dear old mum.
AVOID AT ALL COST
This is the most dishonest, unreliable company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I asked for an initial quote for the removal, storage and return of my items. They quoted me £450. I thought this was a bit pricey but booked anyway. After the move, I was sent an invoice for 'storage'. When I asked what this invoice was for, they informed me that they would be charging me an ADDITIONAL £150/month for storage. I had no choice but to pay, even though they had clearly been dishonest in their initial quote. Last week, I tried to arrange my return and they sent me ANOTHER invoice, this time for an additional £450! They told me that apparently the quote didn't include a return of my belongings! They had taken my belongings all the way to a storage facility in Hertfordshire even though they have a facility in West London, clearly in an attempt for them to save money. I now had to book ANOTHER cheaper removal company to return my items. Use ANY company but this one. HORRIBLE.

the whole experience was great. The team was very nice, the guys looked professional (and the van was clean). Everything was packed in a way that we didn't even expect... perfect. The price wasn't the cheapest around, but not too expensive. In any case it worth every penny. Good value for the money we paid. There was nothing damaged or scratched. Generally we are very happy with the company and would highly recommend using their services...
