Impeccable Quality and a Value for Money Service
Outstanding service from Mervyn at LM Contracts with a very challenging job at a very challenging time.
Following the death of my 48 year old husband last year I eventually got round to clearing out our garage and wanting to take an interest in our garden again. I only mention the circumstances as I wasn’t expecting such a sensitive approach from a clearance company.
This was very important to me and I won’t forget it.
On a more practical note the quality and value for money of works undertaken were second to none; works were carried out in a timely and accountable way and with impeccable attention to detail.
Heavy lifting of furniture, large quantities of garden waste and a keen eye for responsible recycling were all part of the service. Important details like brushing up and leaving everything like a new pin- all part of the service.
Nothing was to much trouble and in an age of slap dash and “ that will do rightly” LM Contracts are a breath of fresh air.
Garage clearance
Found this company online and called them. Was answered courteously. Explained that I needed garage cleared and we agreed a time. The gentleman arrived on time and had a look at my garage stuff. He was honest and we did a deal and he and I loaded up his van and he paid me the agreed rate. Had a good chat with him. He’s a real nice and honest chap! Thoroughly recommend their services.

House clearance and garden makeover in Ballyclare
I cannot recommend Mervyn enough. He cleared my house and did a great makeover in my overgrown garden preparing it for letting. He had some good ideas for the garden and kept me fully informed throughout. He proved to be totally reliable always there when expected and very reasonable rates.

A very lucky find!
My job was carried out very professionally. Couldn't have asked for more re time keeping, service and sensitivity ( clearing deceased's family home ) Nothing was any bother at all, this company goes the extra mile. Quick, clean and discreet.

Removal job
I engaged LM Contracts to assist me when moving home. They dismantled a 10ft x 8ft garden shed, took it to another location and rebuilt it. Also cleaned the back yard, repaired the fencing, removed a build up of debris, transported large garden pots and furniture. They left the property in a very tidy state. Will be using them again in Feb/Mar of this year for house removal. Very accommodating and pleasant manner. Have recommended them already for similar work.
Most Helpful with very fair prices
This gentleman is very professional and will work exceptionally hard, he called at our house and cleared the garage very quickly, leaving the area very clean and tidy, i could not recommend him highly enough. He is also very prompt, this company will not let you down and charge very fair prices for the jobs they do. Thanks again for all you help.
