This business is unable to move pianos. They damaged my property and have not responded to my emails or telephone calls following the problem. I had to ask the team to leave my house. I am still waiting for a refund. They insisted that they were professionals - they are not!

I had a hideous experience with this company who failed to show on the date they were booked and who turned out not to be based at Ellis Street, as they claimed.
Faultless service from start to finish - in particular the team on the day were excellent and worked hard without any complaints. They were always courteous and respectful and moved everything quickly with no damage at either end. I highly recommend them.
We used k1 Removals for a full pack and moving service and they were just absolutely brill. I was very impressed by their level of service and their professionalism. They took amazing care of all of our antiques and other fragile items whilst packing, dismantled all the furniture, placed the boxes in appropriate rooms and re-assembled the furniture at the new house. They kept checking with us about how we wanted certain items to be packed and where those items would go in the new house. Amazing company and an awesome team!
used k1 removals twice now, once for a full move and today just for a few items. Both times were great. Good value and an excellent tracker app so you could see where the driver was at any time. Foundvthem to be helpful given goods were being taken from me to my sons house so we could all see how the drive was progressing. Job well dobe and good value.
