About Us
As two brothers (Liam and Casey Jones) we established JonesMoves in 2017 after working at various removals companies and storage facilities, we started off on our own in a transit van but we were persistent in working hard and creating not only a family business but a brand, we are very hard working and are family through and through, even down to Rosie and the kids in the office! We are all about good thorough communication, hard work and reliability. We are small but we are efficient, solid and the best team for the job! We are known for our reliable and outstanding customer service, that we are proud of. As a family we understand the chaos of everyday life so let us take the stress away from moving. From small moves to full packing services, we can help.
We are not that company who are going to bombard you with phone calls and there is no need for us to visit your property to quote you. If you are busy with work and prefer to use email we are happy to communicate via email to get you a fast and effective quote over with no obligation, just email us on info@jonesmoves.com however if of course discussing on the phone is more your cup of tea we are on hand whenever you are free, in the morning before work or in the evening when you are settled. What We Do
As a family run company we are here to take the stress away, we load and unload everything meaning there is no need to feel you need to be involved, as standard we place your furniture wherever you want it to go in your new property. At JonesMoves, there are no hidden fees or time limits, we do not charge extra for key waits (pre-arranged) or date changes.

I've used Jones Moves twice in the past year, each time everything went incredibly smoothly. They are the real professionals in the business. Rosie was helpful, attentive and supportive from the start till the end. The crew run like a well-oiled machine. Nothing is a problem for them and they handle all your stuff with care. They are also extremely time-efficient - I was absolutely amazed how quickly they get the job done! Jonesmoves took the stress away from moving, couldn’t recommend them enough! The whole process was professional and seamless from Rosie organising and responding to queries, to Liam & Casey who were super helpful nothing was too much trouble and they took great care of our belongings.
I used Jones Moves services twice now, and both times I have been very happy with the quality they offer. Rosie is very quick to reply to emails and accomodating: my completion date was to be confirmed and they were happy to stay flexible until confirmation. The moving team was punctual and very efficient on the day, they did a great job and the whole moving experience was overall so relaxed and went smoothly. I highly recommend using Jones Moves if you're looking for a kind, professional and relax move!
It's the second time we've used this service. I called them again because they did such an extraordinary job the first time. This time we got the packing and moving service, a move of about 120 miles. We got the same two movers as the first time, and they are super professional and nice. They came the day before the move to pack everything. They include all of the packing materials and honestly we didn't have to lift a finger, which is incredible given how stressful moves are. Also Rosie deserves commendation. I think anyone else would've been driven insane by how many questions I sent them by email when we were planning the move. We were ambivalent between a few different options in separate towns, so I wrote a few times to ask for multiple budgets to help us plan better. She was always super nice! I can't recommend them enough! I feel like their prices are a really good value given the service they offer. I don't think I could ever go back to just a man and van service. If only I'm a bit sad that we probably won't be able to call them next time we need to move now that we've moved so far from London.
Fantastic service! Excellent communication, flexibility and understanding throughout the whole process. We had a very complicated move with the exchange/completion date changing multiple times and Rosie was very empathetic to our circumstances. On the day, the team were great - they turned up on time and got cracking with the job with an impressive level of efficiency. Definitely recommend!
I just moved today to a new flat. From the moment I requested a quote until the end of the moving service, all went smoothly. Jonesmoves is a family-owned company, who care about its clients until the end. They are very professional and kind. Also, decent prices compared to other big removals companies with lots of little letters to read between the lines. Here no hassles and no unnecessary charges. Either by phone or email, just let them know what you need to move and they will ensure to provide you all they can for a smooth service. And during the nice day itself, the 2 guys did a wonderful job carrying all the boxes and furniture for quite a few hours ( I had many boxes). They were careful all the time to not scratch or damage anything. Very punctual and honest throughout the whole process. We used Jones Moves to move from a 3rd floor flat with no lift to a 2nd floor flat with no lift. As I'm almost 8 months pregnant it was important we had a stress free moving experience and that's exactly what we got! The team arrived at 8.45am and were done and dusted by 11.20am....amazing considering how much stuff we had and all those stairs! The men were friendly, hard working and efficient. They even took our old sofa and boxes to the dump for us. We would definitely use this company again and I recommend to everyone. If you're thinking about using them for your move, do it!! You will not be disappointed.

Can\'t recommend enough
Jonesmoves helped my girlfriend and I move across London about a week ago. What could've been an extremely stressful experience was made a breeze by the hard work of the two movers who helped us. My husband and I have used Jones Moves several times, they have been brilliant each and every time. They are professional, efficient and very good value for money, we would not use any other removal service. The latest move we used their full pack and move service and it completely took the stress out of moving, I’m never packing again! This is the 4th or 5th time we have used Jones Moves, I don’t think there are any movers out there better than these guys. Our previous moves we did the packing but for the first time we chose the pack and move service. It was a COMPLETELY stress free move and now I’ll never do the packing myself again. They are so professional and so efficient and of course Rosie is amazing at Co-ordinating everything. Thank you so so much, we will see you all at our next house move. I would give these guys six stars if I could. The service they provided was simply outstanding. They were punctual, patient, and efficient. They packed my entire two-bed cottage, drove to my new property 20 kilometres up north, and moved everything into my smaller apartment with a tiny door, lift, and staircase all in two days. Can’t recommend them enough and would absolutely use them again!

Moving is very stressful, so help is always an advantage. I honestly would recommend booking Jones removal company to others. The service was outstanding, very responsive to queries and emails. I was referred to Jones through a friend who recommended them really highly. I made contact and Rosie always came back to me really quickly with all my queries when booking and seemed so knowledgable regarding everything! On the day of the move, Three guys from Jones turned up to move me out of my first floor flat with a stop-off on the way. As a single female it was really important to be able to trust these men in my home and they were just wonderful right from the start. They were quick, polite and just a real pleasure on a stressful day. They took so much time and care over everything I really can’t fault them in any way. And the best thing-lowest price I was quoted! If anyone is looking for removals these are 100% the people to go with.

A fantastic removal company, with great service and communication from start to finish! We had a stressful last minute completion and Rosie was so helpful in accommodating us. Everything was packed up for us quickly and with care before our moving day. On the moving day the guys worked so hard and were so patient in putting all our furniture back together. (even our most delicate of glasses that break just by looking at them arrived safely wrapped in one piece- I was amazed!). Rosie went over the top to be accommodating when we nearly didn't receive keys last minute for new flat.Would 100% recommend and use again!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with the team who helped me move. They were on time, securely packed every item into their ample sized moving truck, and traveled half the country. No broken items, no scuffs on the walls, just solid heavy-lifting work done with no queries or concerns. Lovely guys.

Can't recommend enough!Had these guys this morning and honestly very impressed with the service. Everything was super easy, from making the booking with Rosie to the getting everything into storage. The guys were efficient, showed up exactly when they said they would, got everything into the van in about an hour, including breaking down a massive bed and wrapping all the glass. We will definitely be using them again for when we find somewhere to move into. If you're looking for a stress free move, these are your guys!
