These guys are most definitely impressive! We moved from Surrey to Southampton and the guys at impress ensured that everything went smoothly without any issues at both ends. Friendly, professional workers, excellent customer service, everything arrived as it left with no damages, and all placed in the correct rooms with no fuss. Stunningly good service. We were initially a little wary, as they quoted on the cheaper end. Turned up at 8am to our 3 bed house. Dismantled furniture, packed the vans, drove to our new place (1hr20). Unpacked the vans, put stuff in the correct rooms, reassembled furniture, were gone before 1. All this whilst being very polite and friendly. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

I used impress for a 3 bed house move. They did a thorough quote and assured me that there’d be no extra charges. 4 guys, and two vans. They showed up on time, they were polite, they moved fast and they took good care. They wrapped mattresses and furniture to protect them also. They dismantled and put together furniture very quickly. It’s 3 days after move now, and not noticed any breakages, damages or missing items. I was very happy with them and would use them again.
Haru and his team were amazing with our move, I would highly recommend. They arrived on time and packed up the house quickly and carefully and then unloaded with the same efficiency. They were a very friendly team. The price is great too! Impress were also great in the lead up to the move, always there to answer my questions on the phone or via email. I am impressed indeed. Really nice staff customer service always at priority they waited for our keys until 4pm without any extra Charges. Happy to choose them and will difinately recomend.
The worst ever experience - so many damages were made. On the day we experienced threatening behaviour from the manager who called us every 2 minutes to take another large payment because we were on a different floor at the storage unit to what he thought. He stopped the removals team from completing our job on an incredibly stressful day until we made another payment which came as a complete surprise. DAMAGES: BRAND NEW TV HAS A SMASHED SCREEN COMPLETELY UNUSABLE/RIPPED LAMPSHADES X 2 INCLUDING SENTIMENTAL ONE/BROKEN TABLE LEGS X 2 - LEGS COMPLETELY COME OFF THE TABLE/CHIPPED WOODEN BED FRAME/BROKEN LAMPS/SMASHED SENTIMENTAL VINTAGE PLATES
Very pleased I chose to use Impress for our move. Haroun & Kamran did a fantastic job. Very efficient, especially on the dismantling and rebuilding of 2 beds and packing of the kitchen. They took great care of everything, and nice guys to work with for the day. Will definitely use Impress next time.

We have recently moved to France. They took care of all the custom paperwork. The whole process was very smooth from survey to providing a qoute, packing up the whole house and delivering savely to our new house on southern house. Highly recommend.
