Excellent service at short notice and for a reasonable price. Jarek and his team were efficient, helpful and friendly, and moved all our belongings out and into upper-floor flats (with no lift and a broken step!) with no problem. We very much appreciated their help and would 100% recommend.

Jarek and his team helped me do two moves in a short period of time. The way he packed his van was carefully done to make sure everything could fit in on both occasions. He was also very careful with each of the items being loaded and unloaded. He and his team were friendly and polite, and I will definitely continue to use them for future moves.

I was very pleased with the service. Thanks you Jarek! It took the stress out of moving. The quote was competitive, quick turnaround on emails. Arrived when they said the would, carefully packed everything. Even suggested a few things that took up more time on their part but saved us time. Friendly and attentive. I’d definitely recommend this moving firm to anyone.

We had a terrible experience with Good Moves. Our belongings were very poorly packed with insufficient packing materials. Our bed frame was damaged in transit due to poor protection and we were promised it would be replaced following an insurance claim. I have been ghosted after stating they were awaiting payment and have since not received a response or compensation. One of the Luton vans opened on the motorway on way to our new house. I am just relieved nothing else was damaged as we would not have received any compensation for our belongings.

Very highlight recommend! Szymon managed to get our entire flat including a sofa, tables, 2 beds, other large furniture and countless boxes into 1 load of the van. He arranged it perfectly and helped us load and unload. Everything arrived without a scratch. Plus we did the whole thing in under 3 hours! Great value and great service Very highlight recommend! This was a complete house move - they helped take the stuff from my house into the van and didn’t leave until the absolute last item was secure in the new house (also included carrying up flights of stairs).Very fast and organised with a good plan, minimum fuss and maximum output- as well as being very friendly and helpful. Booked Simon and a colleague for a house move from Catford to Hither Green. Had a massive truck, and the guys took extra good care with all our stuff. They also made it as stress free and possible and gave good advice on how much we could fit and in what order. They also did some real heavy lifting that day and did a great job, even with very large and cumbersome items. All for a very reasonable price. Great service. Very nice bloke Szymon who runs the business picked me up at 10 pm or so and was very happy to help me move everything quickly, safely and at a really reasonable price. Will use again and have recommended to friends.

Szymon is a trustable person who can take on various jobs and will do them quick and efficient. He is reliable and when he says he will do a job he will do his best to do the job. I helped him out on one o his jobs and he has proved that he can do a variety o jobs

I'm not one for writing reviews, but after being a bit apprehensive about having my belongings moved, I definitely made the right choice with Good Moves Removals.
Choosing to pay a bit less than the big removals companies was the right thing to do. I don't think any other company could have done the job with more care and thought, and they were always helpful and smiling.
Although the move wasn't too far, the loading and unloading was done with care.
The job was also not rushed and done in time.
I am very happy with the service and price I had and would recommend Good Moves Removals to you.
