I really appreciated the professionalism of the men working for Gago movers. They didn’t arrive at the agreed time (half an hour late), but told me well beforehand that they were on the way.They were friendly, courteous, efficient, and uncomplaining, the last especially impressive when they had to carry everything up two flights, and some of it up three flights of stairs.

Used them twice but NO MORE!
Used them twice, second time bc was very happy first time around. However, this was the last time! When we got the quote for moving one-bedroom flat - we were given one price and then all of a sudden on the day of the moving (and after they finished loading) they realized it took them longer than expected so they increased the price by £300 and we had no choice but to pay. Initially they said it was 2 men and a van for 1-bed flat, so I asked my friend over to help. They showed up with 3 men and a supervisor so my friend had nothing to help me with, as there were too many people in the flat already, so they wasted his time and charged me more for using their extra labour. Moreover, my husband was on the other end, waiting for them to offload as I had to stay and finish cleaning the old flat. And he told me they actually finished earlier and left! I was shocked and called them asking for a refund of the extra 300 they charged me but they Just blantly refused explaining that they used extra labour and thats why they managed to finish earlier. But we DID NOT ASK for extra labour and even had our friend over to help - no explanantion was accepted or apologies/refund made. AND after we unpacked a week later we also found one box missing with wine decanter and caserol dish that I was gifted for our wedding. I was very upset but at that point there was no chance of me getting through...PLEASE proceed with causion if you choose this company

Great Service provided by the Gago movers, The removal team did a great job for us, got us packed up and unloaded. Really went out of their way to make sure everything was done that we asked. Didn’t break anything! This is the second time we’ve used them and they have been really good on both occasions.

我有一些家具需要从旧地址搬到新地址，最麻烦的是有一张superking size的床需要拆掉然后重新安装。我之前很担心被overcharge，因为工作的速度直接影响着价格，都是按小时收费。但是Joseph的团队非常专业，只用了15分钟就把一张这么大的床拆好，到了新地址以后又同样用很短的时间装起来。我还有很多玻璃的家具以及电视机非常怕碰，他们整个工作过程都用专业的防磕碰的保护罩，所有的墙壁和需要拌匀的物体都完好无损。强烈推荐这家公司，他们是一群非常年轻又热情的团队！

Gago movers are the most polite guys
Gago movers are the most polite guys. They are on time and was very careful with my furniture. I have used them 4 times now and they even do little jobs of one cabinet.

4 bedroom house packing and moving
4 bedroom house for packing material, packing service and moving to a new house, it was a completely a stress free, from this first contact i got with one of the operation manager i think was Josef, after two hours he come over visit us to give us a free quote, on the same day we have agreed to work with them, on they day of the move 5 of them they show up, in 3 hours took them pack the most of house, i was amazed and happy

I was really stressing with regard to our move and having all our possessions make it from South France to our new home in London. There were even some bad dreams beforehand... this was all unecessary as the Shipping and Moving teams were absolutely brilliant. Storage move
These guys are amazing. Used them to move from storage in Watford to my home in Slough. Lots of bulky and heavy stuff. The three guys were on time and ready to go. Nothing was too much trouble and they had a great 'can do' attitude. Friendly too. They move with lots of energy and do not mess around at all. Overall an excellent service that I cannot fault at all. Will be using them again for sure.

Guys turned up early but called ahead to check that was fine which it was. Furniture and everything was loaded very fast and carefully and then unloaded in the same way at the other end.

I have moved house using Gago Movers a couple of times and have been consistently impressed with their punctuality and efficiency! Most recently I moved from SW to SE London, and the whole process, including loading and unloading the van took just under an hour. The movers were very polite and professional. I used Gago movers to help us with office move from Chelsea the Fulham, they were great, a week before the moving day they provide with a plastic boxes especial for breakable things, and on the day of the move the provided a professional handyman for dismantle all the furniture and put it back together, Great job, Thank you

I used Gagomovers for my removal within London and they made my experience as smooth and stressfree as possible. The guys looked very professional and most importantly they were in a great mood and motivated to deliver a great service. I had a lot of stuff that needed to be packed and even dissembled and they were quick and moved everything without damages. Even though the traffic from my old place to the new place was terrible the guys stayed calm and still managed to finish the job on time. Fabulous!!!
