Chris and the team were excellent and I would highly recommend them. On the move day the team of Chris,John, Tom, Ben and Brook were fantastic and were so efficient in their work. They helped dismantle a wardrobe and reassemble it. They ensured the day ran smoothly. A great team!!
We recently used Castle removals with our house move on the 8th of January. Its the second time we have used Castle removals and both times they were excellent! We couldn't fault them. They were very professional. And when things didn't go as planned with keys etc... they were very supportive and reassuring. I would highly recommend using Castle removals for any house move large or small, near or far. Tom and his partner (sorry can't remember his name) were our team for both removals. Fantastic!
I can't praise this company enough. They were faultless from start to finish. Chris provided the quote and his lads completed the move. Box's were provided and arrived promptly when I asked for them. The lads were professional, polite and efficient. The went above and beyond even disconnecting my washing machine and dismantling my treadmill. They were incredibly patient when we arrived at my new house and I was a little uncertain about some of the pieces of furniture and what room to put them in. I would 100% recommend this company.
Castle recently helped us move from Edinburgh to London and provided an excellent service throughout. Peter remained incredibly flexible and was able to help us with storage of our belonging between flats as well as the removals. We will certainly be using Castle again for future moves. Thanks again.
We used Castle Removals to move us from Quarry Bank to Mid Wales, we opted for a 2 day move - loading up the 2 vans on our completion day, the team then drove down to our new home in Wales bright and early the following morning. Thanks to the efficiency and hard work of Castle Removals, the move itself was just about the only stress free aspect of the whole house moving process. A great service and competitive price, we were very pleased to have chosen Castle. I doubt we could have found better at any price.
My move on 12th August 23 went as smooth as possible due to the excellent service provided by Castle Removals. From the start with Tom coming in to quote his knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence that they, although not the cheapest quote, were the company to use. Chris reinforced this view with further advice and the plentiful supply of boxes. The lads on the day were excellent. A hard working friendly team that worked extremely hard carefully moving all our furniture. Look no further for a removals company. Highly recommended!
Yesterday (Saturday 2nd September 2023) I used Castle Removals to empty my house and place my contents in their Storage facility whilst I look for a new home. I used Castle Removals after many recommendations from friends who have used them too. Tom came out to quote me and was spot on with his assessment. Chris (the Boss) has been great and always responded quickly to my many pre move questions and requests. Have to say Gary, Jack and John were superb! They arrived on time and got to work straight away. They were pleasant, professional and very helpful. The fee was very competitive, especially as Chris supplied all the boxes and the team dismantled wardrobes, bed, treadmill and garden furniture for me. I will have no hesitation in using Castle Removals again when I move to my new home.
Castle Removals provided outstanding service during our weekend move. John, Rob, and Jack were instrumental in making the day stress-free. They had a 'no problem' attitude when asked to move things to different rooms, even when it was my fault for misplacing them in the first place. My mother moved house the other day. From the word go Castle Removals have been excellent. They gave a very competitive quote, held onto the date when problems in the chain made it hard to confirm it. About the day itself: They provided wardrobe boxes which made things quicker and easier to pack up. Gary and Jack were the 2 gents who came on the day. They were brilliant. They were polite, friendly, and funny, which really helped calm nerves. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their work rate was impressive on a horribly muggy day, and this was after having a very early start to help another crew load up before coming to us. Don’t know how they kept at it like they did and were as friendly at the end of the day as they were at the start. Highly recommend them.
Our office move today wasn't the easiest job that Castle Removals will ever do. Lots of heavy office furniture and lots and lots of stairs. Nothing was too much hassle and everything was done in a truly professional manner. Added to that we couldn't have asked for a more friendly and fun team to help us make this an easy move. I used Castle Removals last week. The process was made very easy by prompt communication with Chris and the friendly team. Very professional and friendly. I was moved with ease and as I haven't found a house yet my furniture and items were safely packed and transported into storage until I am ready to be moved again.

Fantastic service. We can’t thank everyone at castle removals enough. We were messed around and let down by another local to Stourbridge removal company and called castle with little time before our move date. Tom came over that same morning to get us booked in. Gary and the guys who moved us on the day were great, very well organised and professional. They made a breeze of what I expected to be a very stressful day and left not a single thing damaged or wall or floor marked. We would highly recommend.
I was moved by Castle on 31st September 22 and have nothing but praise for the team. It was a very difficult day due to delays that were out of our control but the guys remained positive and willing to stay until the job was finished. They were friendly and courteous and kept us positive when things looked bleak.
I recently used Castle Removals for a relocation from Stourbridge to Aberdeen. I had a week between moving out of my house before I got the keys to my new house so my belongings had to go into storage for a short while. This included a large number of garden plants. During the week of storage it was one of the hottest weeks of the year but Castle Removals put my plants outside. All my plants arrived as healthy as they were when they left Stourbridge. I was very impressed with how hard and efficiently they worked at both ends, especially after a 4am start on the day that I moved into Aberdeen.
Used twice now, first in December 2021 for ourselves and a few days ago to move my In-Laws. Absolutely spot on service both times. Chris, Gary, Jack and Tom are a great bunch of lads. Professional, friendly with a bit of banter taking the stress out of moving home. Thanks again!

For a great price, this company made our removal day much easier. Tom, Tom and John were calm, unhassled and considerate. With humour and confidence they moved our things carefully. For goodness sake, don't pack the kettle - these guys work really hard and it can be a long day, keep the tea and coffee flowing for everyone's sake!
Had Ryan and Dylan help us move through to Glasgow from Edinburgh. Lads were quick, good chat, friendly and grafters. Highly recommend them.
