Firstly, Laura was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to the initial call and came back with a quote almost instantly after providing pictures of what was to be moved. She was also on hand to answer any questions we had before the move took place. On the day itself, we had 3 removal guys in 2 trucks who were on time, polite and helpful. They carefully put all the furniture and packed boxes into the trucks, including dismantling the bed and other large furniture and then reassembled it the other end. In the new house, everything was unloaded into the rooms we requested. Everything was in tact with no damage to anything. Overall, a very professional service and we are very happy we chose to go with Blue Sky Relocation.

Fantastic experience with this company. Their price was in line with other quotes we got, but from the offset I had much more confidence in them than other companies I’d spoken to. They were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful, Laura in particular. On the day the removal team were great too, worked incredibly hard and were efficient but took care of our belongings. Would definitely recommend BlueSky Relocation-was very competitive. Laura was very helpful and answered any queries quickly. Nathan and his team were on time and quickly moved my stuff safely (wrapped up my furniture in order to prevent any damage),from one first floor flat to another first floor flat. Definitely use them again as they also dismantle your furniture and put it together at your new location.

Always available to answer queries throughout very promptly and always reassuring. On the day, the team were excellent, super efficient and professional. Blue Sky Relocations were second to none and truly deserve 10 STARS **********!!! From the offset, Laura was amazing and helpful beyond description with myself giving her only a few days notice for our pending move due to our completion date being moved forward unexpectedly. She did her absolute utmost to to accommodate our requirements even though they didn't have availability at that time, she managed to make arrangements using x2 smaller trucks which worked out wonderfully. Then the movers themselves were brilliant, had great attitudes, strong, polite, engaging and had a fabulous sense of humour, especially dealing with a family of people including an older lady who was downsizing from a 7-bed home to a much smaller house so a huge thank you to Mason, Kamil and Daniel. It's worth mentioning that they were very careful with our belongings and we had no damages or otherwise. So after x2 truck loads of furniture, half went to storage and half to the new house and we were blessed enough to have a great team doing it all for us. It alleviated the majority of our stressors. They do say moving is the most stressful thing to do, however, thanks to Blue Sky Relocation, they made it easy. Much appreciation to all the staff **********

Having never used a removals company before, I was a little hesitant about 'paying someone to do something I could just do myself ' I'm so very glad I decided to hire Blue Sky! The whole process was so easy from the start. I was getting fed up of taking time off work to arrange an appointment for a quotation that other companies insisted on, Blue Sky asked me to do a quick video walkthrough of the house. So much easier!The quote I received was on the low to middle end of the quotes I'd received from other companies so I was pleased but wondering if that would mean a lower level of service?From start to finish the Blue Sky team impressed me! Laura in customer service was brilliant. Very transparent about pricing, she explained all the costs plainly and super fast communication! All my questions answered almost immediately and she really worked with me to find the right moving dates for me.The customer support the whole time was top notch.The packing was done the day before the move and done to an extremely high standard. They took a lot of care of my possessions and wrapped everything very carefully.Super fast too! They boxed up my 2 bedroom flat in 3 hours and were polite and professional. The next day was moving day and that team were really excellent. I've got really awkward staircases in both the old house and the new and they manoeuvred my furniture up and down with care and expertise.They tidied up very well and put the beds back together. Big shout out to the crew boss for not only putting my bed back together but fixing a break in a frame I'd bodge jobbed myself months ago. A real star team. The whole experience was brilliant! Reliable and very good company!
Moving house is a very stressful thing but they made it lots easier for us! The two nice gentlemen who helped us were very polite and they made sure things were arranged the way we wanted. Unfortunately I forgot to ask their names or offer them hot drinks, because I was busy with my baby as well as moving the house, could only ask Pamela to pass our gratitude onto them. I will definitely highly recommend Blue Sky to people who look for a reliable professional removal company, you will not regret it!
From start to finish the whole process was fantastic. There are no pitfalls or sneaky charges. Laura was always on hand to quickly answer any questions/concerns we had. On the day the guys were very friendly and helpful. Even when we’d moved all the stuff we initially thought there was room to move, the guys made sure we knew there was room left on the vans, so they helped us put more items together to fill the remaining space. They also patiently waited around when we had trouble getting our cats into their crate. One of the team even very generously bought us both an ice cream to celebrate our new home! Thoroughly recommend blue sky and will use them on the next move!

Me and my partner moved from Reading on the 25th February and Ciprian, Dacian and Catalin were not only brilliant in the entire process they were professional and a good laugh. Used Bluesky for 2 removal removals on different days to different locations. Very competitive price. Service excellent, especially with Laura in the office who was very helpful with the complexities in both moves. If you are looking for a removal company who are reliable, trustworthy and work hard for you – look no further. You’ve found them in Blue Sky.Our 4,800 cubic feet move was a very large one which was estimated by two very pleasant chaps (sorry – cannot remember their names) who would have been part of the actual removals team. Legal issues with our purchase only surfaced AFTER we had originally booked Blue Sky for 22nd February. With deposit paid, a totally bizarre and unexpected legal delay now became apparent. I had to contact Laura to push back our date to March 3rd and then once again to March 10th. The legal delay was so bad that it became evident that I would need to put my home into store in order to keep my chain intact. I called and discussed this with Laura who was totally brilliant and even came up with lots of different options to help me to make a decision.Let me say a few words about Laura Llorente. What a totally customer focussed, charming and capable young lady! An example of this is that whenever I called her, if she was busy on her phone with another customer, she ALWAYS called me back within 10 minutes. Nothing was too much trouble, and she changed the date of my move THREE times with good grace and incredible humour. We were the customers from hell (Sorry Laura – wasn’t our doing – honest!), but I thank you via this review for your unbelievable skill!Regrettably, I ultimately had to cancel the move with Blue Sky simply because they had no storage facilities in the north of England, and there was no storage for my 750 square foot container needs in the south of England where they are based. Again, I may have been worried about cancelling if I had been with another company, but my deposit was refunded in full – SAME DAY – with good grace and no quibbles. Just “as it says on the can!” type of thing!I have sadly grown used to poor customer service, but Blue Sky totally set themselves apart as a shining example of what terrific customer service should be, that focusses on us, the customer. They even delivered 50 cartons for me to pack up my library in advance of my move! That’s the sort of attention to detail that they deliver. I greatly regret that we could not use them for the actual move, but if their service is reflective of their office-based work and administration, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Save yourself some phone calls – if you get in quickly they have availability for the week of March 10th – call Laura NOW! Good luck with your moves.

Fast, easy and fair getting a quote and everything ran seamlessly in the day. Laura was amazing at coordinating and being in touch on the day and in the run up and the packers and movers were fast, friendly and efficient!
SUPERB FROM START TO FINISH
I have moved 5 times in 3 years so I know a thing or two about moving. I spoke with Laura who was the main contact at bluesky, who advised me on costs timing. I left it quite late to book around a week and a half before moving (a bit naive of me) and she did her best to accommodate the closest time formy convenience. Great communication throughout with multiple confirmations of order and payment.The two guys who did the heavy lifting were on time, extremely efficient, friendly and didnt miss or damage one item. Especially as I lived in a tricky apartment block with a dodgy lift and long corridors and narrow doorwaysThe price was spot on- ive made the mistake of going cheaper in the past and had absolute disasters. Do yourself a favour for your next move and use these guys, couldn't recommend them more.
A DREAM MOVE.
I can honestly say that this company have been absolutely amazing from start to finish communication and getting back so quickly. The removal men were all so wonderful nothing was a problem and they deffinatly took all the stress out for me and my little girl. I'm a single mum and suffer with Fibromyalgia they were all so understanding and just a joy to work along side I cant rate you all enough . A very good experience indeed. Highly recommended. Our moving budget was tight and the quote from BlueSky was very competitive. Laura at the office was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. Our move was delayed several times and our booking was shifted each time without any problems or additional fees. Fantastic service from quotation to post move from Laura and the moving team. We had to move the date due to illness which was no problem, a quick message and it was sorted. The moving team were efficient and checked where everything needed to go, with disassembly and assembly of furniture included - a big load off our mind with a young family in tow. I would definitely use them again in the future.
The company were super efficient. They accommodated uncertainty in our completion date and were able to rearrange the moving date at fairly short notice. The operatives that moved us into our new home were very polite and very professional. The way that they loaded their vehicles was like the tardis from Dr Who. Amazed it all fitted WITHOUT any items being damaged. The team of three were also great to chat with during their breaks making the whole day a little less stressful. During the journey to our new home the larger vehicle had a puncture. The repair was done very quickly on the M3 not causing any issue with the team or for us. A big thank you to Laura for her very professional approach making our new start an easy transition. We would not hesitate to use again if ever needed.
We had really nice experience with BlueSky recently moving from a narrow London flat to Leicester. We had so much concerning and worrying ahead with the whole moving process since we got so many items , including valuable things like expensive computers, music instruments and workshop tools. The team helped us packed ahead, dismantled furniture , moved everything and put all furniture back together on the day very carefully and efficiently. The moving team is very professional and friendly, took away all the pressure on the day. The communication thorough is very clear with very fast response. The service is not cheap but with no hidden cost, and worth the money in my opinion. Would definitely recommend the it.
I recently moved my mum from a 2 bed house into a 1 bed retirement property. They team from Blue Sky were amazing! They arrived on time, nothing was a problem, even going up two floors at the retirement property. They were lovely with my mum of 78 and her 23 years of stuff! I'd happily use them again.
Our experience moving with BlueSky was brilliant. They arrived on time (actually early!), dismantled our furniture in less than an hour and reassembled everything super fast at the other end! Our new house is a Victorian Terrace with a very narrow entrance hallway, and they still managed to get in our 3 seater sofa, patio table and bed/mattress. We're really pleased, would recommend.
