Faultless service, second time I've used Alam Removals. They took away all the stress and difficulty that comes with a big move.
Booked for 3 hours, took 5.5 hours. They had done a job before coming to me in the afternoon so they were already tired and worked at a very slow pace. I was definitely overcharged and not a happy customer. Further response to Alam. I was told by yourself that you was on a morning job as you came to me at 2pm, you was sitting in the Van while your colleague was doing most of the moving and you also told me you have a problem with your knee and you are thinking of packing it in. We had a phone conversation beforehand and I explained it's 2 bedroom 1st floor flat and the amount of items.
Unfortunately I had to book two hours for a removal that lasted one (two hours is the minimum), notwithstanding, the guys were extremely kind responsive and professional, not just when they came but even before, as they always replied promptly to my emails. I felt supported and I will consider Alam removals again if I needed.
