Awful !They were booked for 2pm today and didn’t turn up , so I called and they said 3pm, then I waited till 3 and they said they were 45 minutes away. I was waiting till 4 and they said another Hour and 10 min!!!!!!Who do they think they are. Please do not waste my time and take bookings that you can’t keep.Very unprofessional. Please don’t bother!

Used for a move from Crystal Palace to Greenwich yesterday. Elmira was great to deal with when booking and the prices are very reasonable. Giacamo and Vitali arrived promptly and got straight to work getting all our things in the van. Everything was unloaded quickly in our new home. They took good care of all our items.
