I did a big move from London to Staffordshire and Que Removal was absolutely fantastic. They loaded everything up for me and were extremely friendly and professional. I really couldn't recommend this company enough they were flawless. Thank you so much for making the big move a lot more calmer

The guys were incredible. Working hard and fast. One of the items got damaged. They pro-actively mentioned that to me and offered a discount. I would recommend the company!

A Saturday morning 9am - team arrived on time.. had booked for 2men with van - a third man came to help. Lovely smiling 'up for it' team. Loaded in less than 20mins. At other end, guys were SO helpful and careful.. they were and are an absolute pleasure. Moving can be a bit traumatic, you feel anxious about your stuff, they were so refreshing, capable and confident. No worries with cupboard/sofa bed or fragile pictures. Would heartily recommend.

What can I say?! Alexis and the guys did an amazing job in helping us move. I was absolutely stressed to the max when we decided to switch removal companies due to our original one having bad reviews. After my phone call with Addison I felt at ease! When it was moving day, the guys were quick, friendly and professional. They were not phased by my 5 month old being present (and doing a smelly pooh during the move). Alexis told me to take it easy and so we did! They helped wrap, pack and carry our stuff to the new house. They assembled our furniture and did such a great job that we would highly recommend them. Thank you so much guys!!

We booked a van with 2 men to help with our flat move, and from the minute they arrived to the minute they left they worked extremely hard transferring our items from one flat to the other. We had particularly steep steps at the second flat which were a struggle to get things up and down, but not once did the guys mention that it was difficult and always had smiles on their faces. I don't know how they do it! They are incredible. They helped dismantle our bed and our sofa and re-assembled them at the new flat too. 10/10 service - would definitely recommend you to book them and we will absolutely use their service if we move again. Thank you for your help with making a what would normally be a stressful move stress-free!

I have used the services of Que Removal 3 times already - always excellent service! The boys are very professional and work fast, I'm very pleased with the service and recommend them highly. Lat time we had Uche & Luciano who did excellent work, so huge thanks to these guys!

We had a great moving experience with Que Removals. Uche our driver was fantastic - extremely helpful and friendly with a great attitude. There was no problem moving our stuff around from the first floor of our apartment and we were able to fully move out a two bedroom flat in one go, which was great. Uche also took great care to carefully pack our items for transport and all arrived in great condition. Overall, great value for money as well and will use Que for our next move!

Absolutely outstanding service. Excellent communciation in advance, and the two guys on the day were super happy and positive. Genuinely worth about £100 just for their attitude alone - made the day super pleasant. We were packing a few last bits and pieces while they started moving stuff into the van. When we were done and ready to give them a hand we asked what we could help with and they replied "Relax"! Over the moon!

We had to find someone urgently to move our stuff from a two bed flat as the company we had booked bailed on us last minute. Daniel and Carlos showed up on time within an hour from our phone call and were absolutely amazing. Finished the job faster than anticipated, were very careful with our stuff and very pleasant despite having to carry very heavy items. Would highly recommend them.

What an amazing crew! Alexis, Giovanni and Joan. If you want to move your house quickly, without extra hassle and don't overspend on it, call these guys. They are professional, responsible, punctual, good mannered, fast and strong. Don't get me wrong but a loader must be strong. The last time i moved , i was unfortunate to have a guy who was nearly dying after two hours of work, so this time i was concerned that i packed large boxes with books to heavy for one person. Imagine my feeling when this trio of 190-195 cm tall athletes arrived and started loading two boxes each!!! I was speechless. And they are very quick, not wasting a single minute on breaks, resting only during the ride. They managed to finish their job exactly as we planned , and i could see their rush in the last half an hour trying to beat the clock. And they did, cheering them self after all. Anyway, if you need loaders, look no further and forget about anyvan.com and others who will charge you arm and leg. Que Removal all the way

I'd recommend this company highly. Our removers, Alexis and Giovanni, were prompt, polite, helpful, thoughtful about every step of the process, and careful with our furniture.

Best removal service I have used in 2020. They are professional from start to finish. Very friendly and have a lot of experience in what they do. We are very happy that we use them for our move and that they made it a stress-free move.

Very nice people. We had few Bumps on the road due to misunderstanding but it’s all sorted. I was moving my dressmaking studio to a new business centre and had an enormous amount of small things and boxes. All in one piece. I would book them again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ryan was brilliant, he found a parking spot right outside and got the van loaded up really efficiently and carefully. He made the whole process so easy. Would definitely recommend these guys.
