Dragonfly recently moved my belongings from Bath to Inverness. From my initial contact with Shane Edgell over the phone, to working with Shane and his colleagues Dale and Ollie on the day of my move from Bath, they were an absolute delight to deal with. They take removal men’s “can do attitude” to new heights of helpfulness and ingenuity. I can’t recommend Dragonfly high enough and would be happy to provide a personal reference if required.

I am impressed with the service received from Dragonfly today. Ollie and Rayne were polite and efficient, removing everything quickly, and without damaging any paintwork! I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Dragonfly were recommended to us. Needed to move my 92 year old Dad from Hampshire to Wiltshire. Shane worked around changing dates and moved out two days before moving in. Dragonfly held the furniture for two days and responded within a couple of hours when the purchase completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Shane’s company. Very careful service.

Cannot thank Shane and the team enough for their professional, timely and friendly removal services. They accommodated our moving date change at short notice, worked like troopers all day, helping pack up some items, and even getting another lorry for some extra bits and helping remove heavy items from the loft. Upon arrival at the new property they were immediately taking boxes around the house, helping put down some rugs over some uncarpeted flooring and putting beds and other big items together. What really made us feel special was the thought and care they showed for our son, making sure the room was set up and everything was ready for him when he joined us later. That extra level of care is above and beyond expectations and they were incredibly thoughtful throughout. Thanks again, from all of us.

All we can say is 'wow'! Shane and his team were the very best in every way. Moving is always a stressful at the best of times, and then throw in Covid and proximity to Christmas you have what might have been the perfect storm, only to be met in this case by the perfect moving team! They managed to make so many worries go away with a 'can do' approach. Take away the rubbish? Yes. Take away excess furniture for auction? Moving stuff between multiple sits? No problem. On top of this they were always punctual and approachable, and had a genuine pride in what they were doing. In sum, they have to be number one!

We used Dragonfly to move us from storage to our house. They were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them.

Dragonfly Removals Ltd - I cannot recommend Shane and his team more. They worked like Trojans. They cleared our 3-bed house in 2 hours. Drove to the new location and were unpacked in less than 2 hours. A really buoyant hard working team with a bit of friendly banter. Totally professional and did a fantastic job at an excellent price. Thoroughly recommended.

Shane and his team have moved me previously, and have always been brilliant and offered good value for money so there was no questions I wanted to use them again. My most recent move was incredibly stressful, but the Dragonfly team really did make the final part of the process on moving day so much smoother. We had a fab team of four guys who were so friendly, and went over and above by offering to pack a large quantity of pictures that I hadn't had a chance to tend to, in addition to a few other bits and pieces. They arrived promptly on the day, and were so thorough and efficient in the way that they handled everything. They made me feel totally at ease and definitely exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

We needed help moving offices. This included going to other locations to pick up items in storage. The team were amazing. Professional, personable and super efficient. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Shane and his team moved me from Wiltshire to Hampshire yesterday, fantastic service from start to finish. Prompt and very helpful reply to the initial enquiry, follow up responses speedy. Guys on the day turned up in good time and worked like Trojan’s, super friendly, no question to them was too small and felt confident having them move my belongings. Definitely the only part of the house move process that had no stress!!!!! Shame the weather was terrible but the team protected all my belongings. Highly recommend! Ace job!!!

My family and I can't thank Shane, Justin, Jack and Lizzy enough. They made our move stress free and smooth. We moved our 3 bed family home in Bristol and the team where reliable, friendly and accommodating. Once at our new property everything was moved to the right rooms and NOTHING was damaged or broken, unlike previous moves with other companies. We will recommend friends and family who are looking to move to use these guys, and for our next move (hopefully not too soon) we will be using Dragonfly Removals again.

The Dragon Fly turned up when we moved house at 8.30am and were absolutely fantastic. They took over the booking when our removal got double booked with another company and we could not have been happier. All the team were chatty and friendly and got us out and in the new house super quickly. Highly recommended!

Will never use this place again .. they let us down twice, & then wanted to rearrange for a third time! We ended up having to do it ourselves over a weekend when my husband had to work. Shane and the team have just completed a house clearance for us. Fantastic job by a fantastic team- caring and compassionate in all aspects throughout. Most stress-free move ever!! Shane and the team stepped in after my Mum was let down at the last minute. They are are simply the best removal company we have ever worked with. Calm, efficient, respectful, we couldn't have asked for better. Shane and his team were absolutely first class they were so prepared and got everything out of our awkward basement flat in London with ease and care. He kindly agreed to stop off in a town on the way to Bath to collect a bed I'd bought on ebay and again got everything off the Van quickly and efficiently at the new place this time with a narrow and steep road to contend with. Seriously don't hesitate to book these guys they really are worth their competitive rate as they made what can be quite stressful so much easier to deal with. Thanks guys!
